Qualifications

• Knowledge of Philippine general insurance coverages (Motor, Property, Casualty & Liability).
• Established network of local brokers, agencies, or corporate buyers in the Philippines.
• Strong verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong ties with brokers, general agents, sub-agents, and car dealerships.
• Identify prospects and convert lead opportunities across corporate accounts, SMEs, and retail clients.
• Upsell non-life coverages to current Fire policy clients (e.g., Directors & Officers Liability, Business Interruption).
• Conduct risk surveys or gather risk details from prospective clients for underwriters.
