The Corporate Finance & Accounting Manager oversees the company's financial and accounting functions, including managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis

• Handle external audits, government compliance, and regulatory reporting

• Manage budgeting, taxation, and treasury functions

• Maintain financial integrity and efficiency across accounting operations

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Finance, or related field

• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant

• At least 5 years professional experience in a Managerial capacity

• Highly proficient in MS Excel

• Knowledgeable in Quickbooks and/or Intuit accounting software

• Extensive work experience in Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Taxation

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards and national regulations

• Proven experience in handling external audits, government compliance, and regulatory reporting

• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
