Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Business Manager to support the COO Office, driving governance, performance reporting, and execution discipline across Markets Operations & Controls. You will own executive materials, coordinate priorities, and ensure consistency of messaging aligned to strategic priorities.

You will manage governance rhythms, track risks, and contribute to workforce planning and organisational design while interacting with senior leaders across a global finance

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality executive-level materials and messaging.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-management capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, trusted, and able to exercise discretion with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the COO and support day-to-day management of the function.
• Coordinate priorities and ensure alignment across teams and delivery against strategic objectives.
• Manage governance rhythms and track actions, risks, and dependencies.
• Own production of executive materials with clear narratives for senior audiences.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, MI, and performance reporting across the function.
• Support workforce planning, location strategy, and organisational design activities.
