Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift engineers, agency coordinators, operators, helpers and finishers to ensure a smooth production flow and adherence to quality objectives.

You will supervise manpower, monitor production orders, and coordinate with maintenance and shift leads to meet daily targets.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to follow procedures and work instructions precisely.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred or any engineering course graduate.
• Minimum bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift engineers, agency coordinators, operators, helpers & finishers to maintain smooth production flow.
• Ensure production orders are met and completed on time.
• Ensure adequate manpower on the production line.
