You will oversee reconciliation, AR/AP, payroll, cash flow, and produce monthly to annual reports for executive leadership. Strong QBO experience and accounting education are required to drive controls and financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment and onboarding of tax and AR specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Financial Operations & Controls: Lead and review reconciliation processes, including bank, intercompany, and general ledger accounts; oversee service fee processing.
