Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a responsible professional to oversee Lending Center operations, ensuring policy compliance and asset safeguarding. The role includes reconciling loan balances between FCBS and BOS and validating management reports.

Ideal candidates hold an Accounting degree or related business studies and have banking or accounting experience along with strong analytical and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or equivalent business studies to support financial controls.
• Experience in banking or accounting-related functions is preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and detail-oriented capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Controls or optimizes the productive and efficient use of the Bank's assets and reports any irregularities.
• Responsible for tallying loan account balances in the General Ledger (FCBS) as against Subsidiary Ledger (BOS) and any difference in value shall be reconciled at once.
• Responsible for checking the accuracy of reports for submission to management.
• Responsible for approving of loan within his/her credit authority limit.
• Responsible for implementing company policies and procedures within the assigned territory and sees to it that they are properly complied with.

Responsible for conducting evaluations of Lending Center to assure achievement of operational effectiveness and efficiency in compliance with standard policies and procedures that includes safeguarding of company’s assets.
