Job summary

Essilor Shared Services Philippines Incorporated in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to review and draft company agreements, including Lease and Master Service Agreements. The ideal candidate will understand contract obligations and be able to negotiate terms.

You will interpret and explain contract terms, draft and review Master Service Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and Statements of Work, and maintain accurate contractual records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Legal Management, Business, Finance or its equivalent (preferably, Juris Doctor).
• Ability to draft agreements (Master Service Agreement, Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work).
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in contract review.
• Knowledge of negotiation best practices, in-person and written.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft company agreements (Lease Agreements, Master Service Agreement, SLA, SOW).
• Review and interpret agreements (Retail Lease, Amendments, Power of Attorney).
• Provide support in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts.
• Maintain and update contractual records and documentation.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with contract laws and organizational policies.
