Job summary

WebBeds is a global B2B organisation servicing the travel industry. The role focuses on applying stop sales and free sales into the database, updating rate changes and contract terms, and loading promotions and supplier contracts as provided by hotel partners and the Contract Manager.

Responsibilities

• Application of stop sales and free sales into the database system upon receipt from the hotel or Contract Manager.
• Application of rate changes and terms and conditions amendments into the database system received from the hotel / Contract Manager.
• Load promotions into the database system upon receipt from the Contract Manager.
• Load supplier contracts for Non Accommodation as per the information provided by the Contracting team.
• Ensure that the database is updated accurately and within the required service level / timeline in line with the company’s SOPs.
• Participate in the training refreshers and calibrations within the Department.
• Participate in the Learning & Development trainings.
