Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Contract Administration Specialist in Makati to act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring contracts are tagged accurately and processed within daily targets.

You'll prioritize urgent submissions, minimize errors, and collaborate with RTA CX teams on complex inquiries while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a high-volume workflow. This role offers a hybrid work setup with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Experience in handling multiple contracts and inquiries.
• Comfortable with high-volume contract processing.
• Knowledge of Zendesk is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately tag contracts with speed and precision.
• Prioritize and promptly process urgent contracts.
• Collaborate with RTA CX teams to resolve complex enquiries.
• Minimize errors and meet daily contract processing targets.
• Clear the dashboard daily, prioritizing urgent contracts if needed.
• Maintain strong attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
