Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 3–4 years in procurement and contracting
• Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer preferred but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, PivotTables, charts, macros)
• SAP knowledge in Vendor Management/Procurement modules preferred

What you will do:

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management (Construction): Executes sourcing strategies for assigned construction categories
• Contract Lifecycle and Compliance Management: Manages, negotiates, and prepares contracts for assigned categories, ensures contract compliance, and resolves contract-related issues and disputes
• Supplier Sourcing, Bidding & Accreditation: Initiates supplier sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and vendor accreditation for new and existing contractors and suppliers
• Data Analysis & Stakeholder Support: Gathers and analyzes internal and external data to identify opportunities for process improvements and provides procurement support to key stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 to 4 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing with relevant exposure in commercial contracting and negotiations
• Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer preferred, but not required
• Effective communicator and negotiator with strong critical thinking skills
• Great attention to details and has experience on contract management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, charts, and macros
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP - Vendor Management, Procurement Modules
