Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, is seeking a Policy Servicing Executive for the Singapore River Central Region on a contract basis. You will handle policy servicing requests, respond to client inquiries, and maintain accurate records while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders. Prior policy servicing or insurance admin experience is preferred, with a focus on compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in policy servicing or similar admin roles in insurance/finance.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; multi-language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage policy servicing requests including renewals, amendments, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Respond to customer enquiries on policy details, coverage, claims procedures, and payments.
• Maintain accurate policy administration records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve policy-related issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all servicing activities.
• Generate and send policy documents, statements, and correspondence to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding policy matters and track resolution progress.
• Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance service quality.
• Support the broader team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
