Job summary

PERSOL is hiring a Claims Administration Support Specialist in Singapore's Raffles Place area to assist the daily operations of the claims team, improve processes, and ensure timely handling of Life and General Insurance claims.

You will review bills against policies, assist with payment requests, communicate with claimants and agents, and support escalated inquiries while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Claims Administration team and help improve claims processes and customer experience.
• Register Life and General Insurance Personal Lines claims accurately and within the required turnaround time.
• Review medical bills against policy information and coverage.
• Assist Claim Officers with payment requests for approved claims.
• Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and agents regarding outstanding documents or requirements.
• Respond to and assist with escalated claims enquiries.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure claims are handled smoothly.
• Suggest and support improvements to claims processes, systems, and best practices.
• Assist with other tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
