Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to manage contract negotiations, compliance and vendor performance. You will coordinate with lessors and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and issue resolution across ILM operations.

Responsibilities include planning with leadership, conducting vendor reviews, monitoring project status, and driving cost-saving initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration and vendor management.
• Ability to coordinate with lessors, HOA, LGU and stakeholders.
• Track and report on OPEX and lease performance.
• Evaluate vendor performance and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Form plans with CH and TH to meet targets and improve operations.
• Schedule and conduct vendor performance reviews.
• Monitor project status with vendor partners and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with lessors and support groups to resolve access/lease concerns.
• Ensure timely updates to internal stakeholders on ongoing cases.
• Manage contract processing, endorsements, and payment approvals.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with policies.
