Job summary

HRTx Inc. is hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator on a contract basis in Mandaluyong.

The role offers hybrid work with onsite presence once a month (every 3rd Friday) and night or early shift options. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Open to applicants from any industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end invoice-to-payment processing with high accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Perform regular Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vendor communications and address payment-related inquiries promptly.
• Assist with financial record maintenance, reporting, and audit documentation.
