Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation is hiring an Industrial Engineering Officer in Paranaque City to enhance supply chain efficiency and productivity. The role focuses on applying industrial engineering methods to support management decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Management Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to lead continuous improvement projects, preferably in a food/FMCG manufacturing

2+ years of relevant Industrial Engineering experience.
Willing to work in Parañaque City; lead continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze operations and set performance standards with stakeholders.
Assess manufacturing and logistics capacity to support business needs.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across the supply chain.
Support continuous improvement projects and provide recommendations to enhance operations.
Participate in cross-functional projects and represent the Industrial Engineering team when needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, quality, warehouse/manufacturing standards, and workplace safety requirements.
