Job summary

Job description

The Graphic Designer will support the brand and marketing teams by delivering high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. This role involves creating daily design assets for social media, internal communications, and marketing campaigns, while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines. The designer will also assist with occasional larger projects such as event branding, corporate materials, and web design support. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is key, along with maintaining an organized digital asset library for efficient reuse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Design Tasks
  • Develop engaging social media creatives and short animated video posts.
  • Create internal communication designs (HR posters, training materials, event creatives, etc.).
  • Provide design support for marketing email campaigns, intranet banners, and website banners.
• Brand Consistency & Compliance
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines.
  • Maintain proper version control of design assets.
  • Support the brand team in updating templates and ensuring brand compliance across departments.
• Occasional Design Tasks
  • Assist in designing corporate materials such as report covers, announcements, invites, and infographics.
  • Create event branding collaterals (booths, stage designs, wall graphics, photo walls, etc.).
  • Support in preparing webpage layouts, landing pages, and microsite designs as required.
  • Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for high-end design and production requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to execute creative design requests.
• Manage, organize, and maintain digital asset libraries for quick retrieval and reuse.

NON-NEGOTIABLE TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles
  Layout, color theory, and typography
• Basic motion graphics/animation skills
  Canva/ Insta Reels (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Capability to adapt feedback constructively
  Deliver refined outputs efficiently

  Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Communication, or related field. (preferably from NIFT/NID)

  1 year – 4 years of design experience.
