You will research industry trends, optimise content for SEO, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and campaign goals.

Formación

• Proven experience as Content Writer or Digital Content Creator.
• Strong English writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Solid SEO understanding and ability to optimize content.
• Experience with CMS and basic HTML is preferred.
• Ability to research complex topics and translate into engaging content.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our Marketing & Communications team in a hybrid role based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in creating engaging, high-quality digital content that drives brand awareness and supports our clients' digital marketing objectives. As a Content Writer, you will be at the forefront of our digital and search marketing initiatives, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences across multiple platforms and channels. The hybrid set-up provides flexibility whilst maintaining the collaborative spirit essential to our creative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging, original content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns and search engine marketing initiatives
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors and target audiences to ensure content is relevant, accurate and strategically aligned
• Optimise content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords, meta descriptions and structural best practices to improve visibility and organic reach
• Collaborate with marketing teams, designers and strategists to ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines and campaign objectives
• Edit, proofread and refine content to maintain high standards of quality, clarity and consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics and audience feedback
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes and content best practices to continuously improve output
• Support clients in developing content calendars and publishing schedules for integrated digital marketing campaigns

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Digital Content Creator or similar role within a marketing, communications or digital agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse writing styles and content formats across digital platforms (blogs, social media, web copy, email marketing, etc.)
• Excellent command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience optimising content for search engines
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms and content management systems (CMS)
• Ability to research complex topics and translate technical information into engaging, accessible content
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategy
• Creativity and strategic thinking combined with a data-driven approach to content creation
• Preferred: Experience with content management systems, basic HTML knowledge, or exposure to paid search advertising campaigns
