Lennor Group is seeking a skilled Content Writer to turn complex technical topics into clear, engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, PR, and social channels. The role covers research, interviews, and repurposing materials into multiple formats, with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-focused content.

The perfect candidate will write across websites, blogs and campaigns, track performance with analytics tools, and ensure accuracy with strong fact-checking.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional content-writing experience, preferably within B2B or technical industries.
• Excellent written English, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research and search intent.
• Ability to research and simplify complex technical subjects.
• Experience writing across websites, blogs, articles, PR, social and digital campaigns.
• Comfortable using SEO and analytics tools and interpreting content-performance data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines remotely.
• Responsible use of AI tools, supported by strong fact-checking and human editing.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimise website pages, landing pages and product/service content.
• Research and produce SEO blogs, articles, thought-leadership pieces, guides and FAQs.
• Develop PR articles, press releases, and executive commentary.
• Create organic and paid social content for LinkedIn, Meta and other channels.
• Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis and competitor/content-gap analysis.
• Apply on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and keywords.
• Track content performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge or similar tools.
• Monitor rankings, impressions, clicks, traffic, engagement and conversions and recommend improvements.
• Refresh underperforming content to improve search visibility.
• Interview subject-matter experts and translate technical information into customer-friendly content.
• Repurpose webinars, videos and presentations into blogs, social posts, email and website content.
• Support content optimisation for AI search and answer engines.
