Pitsolutions is seeking a skilled Content Writer with experience in SaaS, IT services, software, or technology to produce high-quality, engaging content for business audiences. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable articles and collateral.

The role involves creating blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, product content, and SEO-driven materials while collaborating with SEO, marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency and impact.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional content writing experience in SaaS, IT services, software, or technology companies.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong competitor research and market trend analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for SaaS, IT services, software products, and technology solutions.
• Develop blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, website content, landing pages, service pages, thought-leadership articles, and marketing collateral.
• Research complex technology topics and convert them into clear, engaging, and business-focused content.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps, market positioning, and opportunities.
• Analyse market and technology trends to identify relevant topics and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with SEO, Digital Marketing, Business Development, Design, and Technical teams.
• Create SEO-friendly content based on search intent, keywords, industry trends, and audience requirements.
• Ensure content is accurate, well-researched, original, grammatically correct, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and developments across the IT industry.
