Job summary

Intrepid Asia - Philippines offers an internship in Manila for Marketing/Communications students to assist in writing clear scripts and simple storyboards for short-form video content, including product showcases and campaign materials.

You will support the Video Content Lead and Content Strategists, craft on-brand captions for social media and eCommerce content, conduct trend research, and collaborate with editors to ensure messaging aligns with campaign direction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Enrollment in a university program that requires an internship, OJT, or practicum.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in social media, short-form video content, and digital trends.
• Creative, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work collaboratively with a team and follow creative direction.
• Capable of managing tasks responsibly and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing clear and engaging scripts and simple storyboards for short-form video content.
• Support the Video Content Lead and Content Strategists in brainstorming and development.
• Help craft engaging, on-brand captions for social media and eCommerce content.
• Conduct basic trend research and competitor checks to identify ideas.
• Work closely with editors, creators, and strategists to align messaging with campaign direction.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and learn how concepts are developed.
• Assist in organizing content plans, references, and materials for shoots.
