Intrepid Asia is seeking a talented Content Strategist Intern to join our growing content team in Southeast Asia. You will help develop engaging scripts, write captions, and research trends to keep content fresh and effective.

You will support the Video Content Lead and Content Strategists to ensure brand voice alignment and campaign success, while learning how creative concepts are developed and implemented across platforms.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Must be enrolled in a university program that requires an internship/practicum
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interest in social media, short-form video content, and digital trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Creative, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work collaboratively and follow creative direction
• Can manage tasks responsibly and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing clear and engaging scripts and simple storyboards for short-form video content.
• Support Video Content Lead and Content Strategists in brainstorming and developing ideas aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Help craft engaging captions for social media and eCommerce content.
• Conduct basic trend research and competitor checks to identify content ideas.
• Work closely with video editors, creators, and strategists to ensure messaging stays consistent with campaign direction.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and share ideas confidently while learning how concepts are developed.
• Assist in organizing content plans, references, and materials for shoots and campaigns.
