Job summary

Intrepid Asia in the Philippines is offering a Video Production Internship to support our Social Commerce Team in creating engaging video content for TikTok, ShopeeLive, and other short-form platforms. You will collaborate with content and production teams to craft ideas, shoot assets, and edit using CapCut, TikTok, Canva, and Adobe tools.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity in a fast-growing ecommerce and digital solutions environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Must be enrolled in a program that requires a mandatory internship / OJT / practicum
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
• Interest in creating short-form videos for social commerce platforms (TikTok, ShopeeLive, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn about video production and editing
• Passion for social media, trends, and digital content

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing video content ideas that align with brand goals and social media trends
• Support the creation of short-form videos, hashtags, and challenges that resonate with the target audience
• Help shoot video assets using a mobile phone or basic equipment and assist in editing using TikTok, CapCut, or similar apps
• Learn how to plan, organize, and produce video content that is optimized for engagement and reach
• Stay updated with social media trends and support the team in identifying creative opportunities
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and collaborate closely with other content and production team members
