Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support BAU website content management across regional sites, including content updates, new page creation using templates, landing pages, and content QA.

The role requires strong Kentico CMS experience, SEO knowledge, QA/publishing workflows, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders under SLA-driven timelines. Onsite work in Quezon City with AU shift is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of enterprise CMS content management experience.
• Strong CMS experience, Kentico preferred.
• Experience managing content across large, multi-site websites.
• Experience in SLA-driven environments with high-volume workloads.
• Workfront experience desirable.
• Strong QA, staging and publishing experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Scope

The resources would support BAU website content management across Crown Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, including:

• Content updates and amendments.
• New page creation using existing templates and components.
• Landing page, offer and campaign content updates.
• Workfront request management and stakeholder communication relating to content delivery.
• Menu updates(only short term until automated)
• Opening hours updates.
• Content removals and archiving.
• Content QA

Resource Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience managing website content within an enterprise CMS. Role level - Digital Content Specialist
• Strong CMS experience, ideally Kentico.
• Experience managing content across large, multi-site websites.
• Experience working within SLA-driven environments and high-volume workloads.
• Workfront experience desirable.
• Strong QA, staging and publishing experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO, and digital content best practices.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Amenable to work onsite and AU shift in Quezon City
