Job summary

Cognizant invites a Digital Content Specialist to support BAU website content management across Crown Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, ensuring timely updates, new page creation, landing pages, offers and campaigns.

You will handle Workfront requests, QA, SEO, and publishing, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining high accuracy, and working onsite in Quezon City with AU shift. This role focuses on delivering high-quality digital content for global audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience managing website content within an enterprise CMS.
• Strong CMS experience, ideally Kentico.
• Experience managing content across large, multi-site websites.
• Experience working within SLA-driven environments and high-volume workloads.
• Strong QA, staging and publishing experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO, and digital content best practices.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Amenable to work onsite and AU shift in Quezon City.
