Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking an H2R Content Management Team Lead to drive service delivery, capacity planning, and stakeholder engagement across markets.

You will lead operations, ensure SLA attainment and quality standards, coach team members, and promote continuous improvement and knowledge transfer to ensure reliable support for Nestlé colleagues and clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• Experience leading HR Operations, Shared Services, Content Management, Employee Services, or related teams.
• Experience managing service delivery, stakeholder relationships, and escalations in a multinational environment.
• Strong people leadership experience including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Content Management operations and ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure positive employee/customer experience.
• Drive capacity planning and resource allocation for optimal utilization.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution with clear communication.
• Monitor SOPs, controls, and governance and deliver actionable reporting and insights.
• Coach and develop team members and promote continuous improvement across markets.
