Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking an H2R Content Management Team Lead to drive service delivery, capacity planning, and stakeholder engagement across markets.

You will lead operations, ensure SLA attainment and quality standards, coach team members, and promote continuous improvement and knowledge transfer to ensure reliable support for Nestlé colleagues and clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• Experience leading HR Operations, Shared Services, Content Management, Employee Services, or related teams.
• Experience managing service delivery, stakeholder relationships, and escalations in a multinational environment.
• Strong people leadership experience including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

A DAY IN THE LIFE ...

The H2R Content Management Team Lead is responsible for leading Content Management service delivery, capacity planning, stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and team development. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality services while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement across markets in scope.

• Lead Content Management operations and ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery aligned with business and market requirements.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by serving as a trusted partner and ensuring a positive employee and customer experience.
• Participate in regular operational reviews with markets and proactively address stakeholder concerns and escalations.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing team objectives aligned with workstream priorities and business goals.
• Ensure achievement of service level agreements, quality standards, productivity targets, and operational performance metrics.
• Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and operational efficiency.
• Review and enhance capacity planning models to address evolving business needs and improve service delivery.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Content Management services and ensure effective knowledge transfer of market-specific processes and requirements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and market-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor adherence to controls, compliance requirements, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• Deliver reporting and analytics that provide stakeholders with actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance management, succession planning, capability building, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment while ensuring team backup readiness and business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence initiatives across all markets in scope.
• Support key transformation projects and encourage adoption of best practices and new capabilities within the team.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience leading HR Operations, Shared Services, Content Management, Employee Services, or related teams
• Experience managing service delivery, stakeholder relationships, and operational escalations in a multinational environment
• Strong people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development
• Experience managing service level agreements (SLAs), productivity targets, and operational performance metrics
• Strong capability in workforce planning, capacity management, and resource optimization
• Experience utilizing reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven insights to improve operational performance
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple organizational levels
• Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation management skills
• Experience managing compliance, controls, standard operating procedures, and governance requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
