Qualifications

• Has at least two (2) years of experience in content loading.
• Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Section Head/Technical Team Lead for task assignments.
• Manages customer relationship to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains and updates daily monitoring of service deliverables.

Skills

Knowledgeable in different CMS platforms

Experience with Coremedia and Strapi

Ability to analyze user requirements

Education
