Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Take ownership of marketing projects from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Translate overall marketing strategies into clear campaign plans and tasks.
• Coordinate with Marketing Specialists and Multimedia Artists to deliver campaigns on time.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members on marketing projects.
• Review outputs to ensure quality and alignment with objectives.
• Communicate priorities, deadlines, and expectations between managers and team.
• Monitor campaign progress and identify issues or gaps.
• Develop and execute campaigns across platforms (social, email, search, websites).
• Analyze metrics to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Conduct market, competitor, audience, and trend research.
• Collaborate with creative team on content concepts and briefs.
• Suggest improvements to processes and performance.
• Establish workflows and timelines within the team.
• Prepare campaign reports and insights.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
