Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a creative designer to help expand global talent through compelling visuals and digital content. You will design graphics, infographics, and social assets that captivate audiences and support marketing campaigns.

You will edit videos for social platforms including YouTube and educate audiences with polished storytelling. The role leverages Adobe Creative Suite and Klaviyo, with collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or digital content creation.
• Tertiary qualification, diploma, or degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.
• Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing and digital campaign content.
• Experience editing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience in Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and visual communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• A test-and-learn mindset, excellent attention to detail and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, infographics, presentations, social media assets, and digital marketing collateral.
• Edit short- and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, educational resources, webinars, fundraising campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
• Produce engaging reels, shorts, animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
• Create visual assets supporting National Pain Week, advocacy campaigns, fundraising initiatives, support services, and educational programs.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and branded content aligned with organisational messaging.
• Manage content production workflows from concept through publishing.
• Ensure all creative assets remain consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate design, video production, caption generation, and content repurposing.
