Job summary

Benifex Limited is seeking a Communications Specialist (Content/Copywriter) in the Philippines to craft compelling copy across channels and manage client communications within the Engagement Studio team.

You will develop content for brochures, emails, posters, videos, and webinars, collaborate with the design team, and support multiple customer accounts with a focus on quality and timely delivery. Hybrid work pattern offered with probation in-office.

Qualifications

• Proven communications experience and writing across UK/US English.
• Client-facing account management experience.
• Keen writer with love of content.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Keen eye for detail and well-organised.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, pressurised environment with autonomy.
• Experience in Technology/SAAS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of customers to communicate with their employees, liaising with departments and stakeholders across the business on a day-to-day basis to support your accounts and customers.
• Talk with our customers to understand their needs and deliver top-notch copy, content and communication plans and make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Own the execution of communication plans, providing communications troubleshooting support to our customers along the way.
• Creating and reviewing a huge range of communications: brochures, posters, email campaigns, videos, leaflets, system-generated content, and organising webinars.
• Collaborate with our team of Communication Consultants and the in-house design team to bring your work to life.
