Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Creative Content Specialist III to lead complex briefs and high-visibility campaigns. You will craft headlines, captions, scripts, and articles while ensuring the brand voice across channels.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of copywriting experience with portfolios in English and Tagalog, and strong collaboration with design and marketing teams. Hybrid work setup and performance-based rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of copywriting experience.
• Proven content development portfolio in English and Tagalog.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English and Tagalog, with grasp of jargons and pop culture.
• Strong adherence to brand guidelines.
• Ability to interpret complex briefs.
• Experience in multi-channel content development.
• Computer-literate with Office365 and project management tools.
• Experience in digital and integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Content Writing
• Develop headlines, captions, scripts, articles, newsletters, and other written materials
• Develop messaging structures adaptable across channels
• Ensure alignment with brand voice and strategic direction according to channel and audience
• Contribute actively during brainstorming sessions
• Strengthen ideas with audience insight and relevant context
• Work closely with designers to ensure strong visual-copy alignment
• Clarify and interpret complex briefs accurately
• Monitor timelines and ensure on-time submission
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain organized documentation of project movements
• Coordinate with marketing stakeholders for content accuracy
• Provide peer-level feedback when needed
• Identify risks and escape appropriately
