Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Specialist to support BAU processes across finance, operations, and middle/back office teams in the Philippines. You will handle transaction processing, reconciliation, and data integrity, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial operations, transaction processing, reconciliation, trade lifecycle management, or similar BAU support roles.
• Good understanding of transaction processing, reconciliation, settlements, and financial operations.
• Experience working with transaction feeds, financial data, and data integrity/quality controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve operational issues.
• Experience supporting Finance, Operations, or Middle/Back Office teams.
• Ability to monitor daily processes and ensure timely and accurate completion of BAU activities.
• Familiarity with SLA-based service delivery, incident management, and operational controls.
• Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with process automation or tools such as SQL, VBA, Power Automate, Python, or similar would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated mindset for continuous process and system improvement.
