Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Content Analyst - German in the Philippines to support the Company Data group. You will help deliver accurate, complete, and timely data and provide world-class service by translating German content into English and solving data-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German with the ability to accurately translate into English.
• Experience working in similar or related industry is desired but not required.
• Must have high level comprehension skills.
• Well-developed analytical skills to problem solve and develop solutions.
• A great team player & positive attitude towards work; resilient to changes.
• Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Able to challenge existing processes and lead change.
• Candidate should be open to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for database administration and sourcing of exchange and contributed data.
• Responsible for delivering timely, complete, and quality data as per expected performance standards.
• To be up to date with the latest collection policies & procedures and other significant developments pertaining to different markets which would impact data collection. Proactively identify, escalation and resolve data problems.
• Responsibility of analyzing client queries, performing root cause analysis and partnering with Service to resolve cases and address similar issues.
• Suggest improvement ideas on the collection tools, internal processes and should suggest permanent fixes as well as on-going actions for preventing client queries.
• Lead or assist in special projects or specialized tasks related to Ownership and Profiles, Officers and Directors, and/or other content data.
• Collaborate with the global team and the data provider to provide high quality data to our clients.
• Cultivate a learning and positive work environment.
