Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration or related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in office administration or supervisory work, preferably in container yard/logistics.
• Knowledge of container yard and trucking operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily office and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with Yard Operations, Trucking, Gate, Accounting, and Management.
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of operational and administrative reports.
• Review and organize documents, records, invoices, permits, and files.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, and office-related concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and office rules.
• Coordinate with customers, trucking partners, shipping lines, and external parties as needed.
• Monitor office supplies, equipment, and administrative requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and safekeeping of company documents.
• Prepare reports, announcements, memoranda, and other management requests.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
