Job summary

2GO Group in Cebu City is seeking a Maintenance Inspector to ensure the serviceability, quality, and availability of container vans and trailers through regular inspection, monitoring, and validation of repair activities.

You will support efficient equipment operations by maintaining inventory records, monitoring equipment condition, and providing timely reports on repair productivity and asset disposition. Strong communication with internal teams and contractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Technology, Industrial Technology or related technical field.
• Experience in container vans/trailers or heavy equipment inspection and maintenance preferred.
• Strong ability to document and report maintenance activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect container vans and trailers for damage in the repair area and by external contractors.
• Perform quality inspections of repaired equipment to ensure standards are met.
• Monitor daily inventory and availability of trailers and food-grade vans.
• Track tire condition and maintain tire inventory records.
• Identify equipment no longer serviceable for disposal.
• Validate repair-related billings for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly repair productivity and asset disposition reports.
