Job summary

QuadM Manpower Inc. is seeking a qualified inspector to conduct complete PDI inspections, monitor SKD to CBU processes, and ensure quality across warehouse operations in the Davao City area.

The role requires strong technical inspection capabilities, knowledge of SKD/CBU, and the ability to coordinate and report effectively. This is a roving assignment within Davao City with a focus on process compliance and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related technical field.
• 4–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, vehicle inspection, assembly processes, or automotive aftersales operations.
• Strong technical inspection capability.
• Knowledge of SKD and CBU processes.
• Quality-control orientation and strong process compliance mindset.
• Good coordination and reporting skills.
• Willing to work on a roving assignment within Davao City area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting complete PDI inspections based on approved checklists.
• Identify and monitor defects and ensure proper rectification before dispatch.
• Monitor SKD to CBU processes and compliance with assembly and SOP guidelines.
• Assist in monitoring rework trends and corrective actions.
• Ensure FIFO compliance in vehicle movement.
• Monitor vehicle dispatch timelines.
• Assist in the inspection and reporting of transit damages.
• Coordinate parts requirements for vehicles with issues.
• Escalate technical and quality concerns to the appropriate team.
• Follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate PDI and warehouse records.
• Prepare and submit PDI and operational reports.
• Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
