Job summary

Argano is a digital consultancy focused on high-performance operations. We seek an SAP PP-QM/PM specialist to configure and optimize SAP modules across production planning and quality management in manufacturing environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes to SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with MM and WM and driving optimized production workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Experience configuring SAP PP and QM modules to align with production and quality processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of integration between PP, QM, PM, MM and SD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP PP-QM modules to align with business processes, including production planning, shop floor control, and quality management.
• Customize SAP PP-QM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production and quality management needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Analyze and map existing production and quality processes to SAP PP-QM processes, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with planners and production teams to optimize production schedules and capacity utilization.
• Configure work centers, routings, and production orders to ensure smooth production processes.
• Implement quality control processes and inspections using SAP QM, including inspection plans, quality notifications, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration with the ERP system (MM, WM).
• Work on end-to-end process flows that involve multiple SAP modules.

Job description

• Support SAP PP configuration and implementation activities.
• Assist in creating and maintaining:
• Material Master
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Routings
• Work Centers
• Production Versions
• Support production order processing and MRP execution.
• Assist in master data maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support inspection planning and quality notifications.
• Assist in configuring inspection types and inspection lots.
• Monitor quality processes and documentation.
• Support quality reporting and issue resolution.
• Assist in maintenance master data creation.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Help create and process maintenance notifications and work orders.
• Support equipment and functional location management.
• Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of SAP PP, QM, and PM modules.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production business processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of integration between PP, QM, PM, MM and SD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

EXPERIENCE:

• Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP PP and QM modules to align with business processes, including production planning, shop floor control, and quality management

• Business Process Analysis:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their production and quality management needs and translate them into SAP solutions
• Analyze and map existing production and quality processes to SAP PP-QM processes, identifying gaps and proposing solutions

• Collaborate with planners and production teams to optimize production schedules and capacity utilization
• Configure work centers, routings, and production orders to ensure smooth production processes

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• System Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other parts of the ERP system (eg, SAP MM, SAP WM)
• Work on end-to-end process flows that involve multiple SAP modules

EDUCATION:

• Required Bachelor Degree.
