Zusammenfassung

BDO Unibank is seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Makati. You will attend technical meetings, prepare quantity take-offs, review bids from contractors, and coordinate with designers and project managers to finalize scope and budgets.

You will source construction materials, update cost estimates based on market values, and assist in budget recommendations while handling change orders and contractor shortlists to support timely project delivery.

• Attend technical meetings and prepare quantity take-offs.
• Review and evaluate bids submitted by contractors.
• Discuss with contractors regarding final scope of works to be implemented.
• Coordinate with Designers, Contractors, Facilities Planning officers and Project Managers for discrepancies before final Budget recom.
• Tabulate, negotiate and assist finalization of budget recommendations.
• Update cost of electrical materials based on current market value.
• Sourcing and purchasing of construction materials and electrical contractors/suppliers.
