Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all phases of construction projects, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Clearing the work area, digging trenches, and preparing the foundation.
• Framing: Erecting walls, installing roof trusses, and building the structure of the building.
• Concrete Work: Pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and walls.
• Masonry Work: Laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials.
• Finish Work: Installing drywall, painting, and applying other finishing touches.
• General Labor: Assisting other tradespeople, cleaning the worksite, and maintaining a safe and organized job site.
• Experience: No experience allowed.

Qualifications

• Skills: Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
• Experience with different construction materials (wood, concrete, steel).
