Job summary

NORTH ONE DESIGN PLUS is seeking a motivated construction worker in the Philippines to perform a variety of tasks including digging trenches, pouring concrete, laying bricks, and framing structures. You will operate equipment and assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to complete projects.

You must maintain a safe work environment, wear proper safety gear, and report hazards. Physical strength and endurance are essential, as you may lift heavy objects and work in varying weather

Qualifications

• Experience in construction tasks such as digging trenches, pouring concrete and brick laying is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and use safety equipment properly.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

• Perform a variety of construction tasks: This may include tasks such as digging trenches, pouring concrete, laying bricks, installing drywall, framing structures, and operating various construction equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, use safety equipment properly, and report any safety hazards immediately.
• Assist other construction professionals: Work collaboratively with other construction workers, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Physical Strength and Endurance: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
• Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of and adherence to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of safety equipment (hard hats, safety glasses, etc.).
• Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow instructions, and communicate clearly with supervisors and other workers.
