Job summary

Mogul Construction is seeking a Warehouse Staff in Quezon City to receive, inspect, and organize materials for construction sites. You will also monitor stock levels and assist in stock audits, ensuring safe handling of heavy materials and orderly storage.

With at least 3 years of warehouse experience in construction and willingness to work extended hours, you will coordinate with site teams and report attendance and inventory data.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction tools, materials, inventory systems, and attendance recording.
• Basic computer reporting skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials such as cement, steel, pipes, tools, and equipment.
• Organize and store materials properly according to safety and company standards.
• Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials for construction sites based on requisitions.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or missing items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock audits.
• Monitor daily attendance of warehouse workers and site personnel as assigned.
• Prepare attendance reports and submit them to the project engineer or HR department.
• Ensure proper handling of heavy and hazardous construction materials.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries from suppliers.
• Follow workplace safety rules and use protective equipment at all times.

Pay: ₱19,000.00 - ₱20,000.00 per month
