RemoteVA is seeking an experienced Construction Takeoff & Bid Leveling Specialist to support our preconstruction team. You will review construction plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and analyze subcontractor bids from a remote position.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction estimating, strong Excel skills, and experience with industry tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, STACK, or OST. This full-time remote role emphasizes detail-oriented analysis and collaboration with GC projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, takeoffs, or bid leveling.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, STACK, OST, or similar software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with a General Contractor (GC) is preferred.
