Job summary

HW7 Philippine Corporation is seeking a Construction Site Operations Supervisor to coordinate equipment deployment and daily scheduling for heavy machinery, oversee site activities, and ensure safety compliance under Philippine DPWH/DOLE standards.

You will monitor progress, manage materials and manpower, communicate with the client on-site and with management, and coordinate trade testing and candidate endorsements to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment deployment and daily scheduling of heavy machinery
• Supervise site activities and allocate workloads to operators and laborers
• Enforce local regulatory standards (DPWH/DOLE) and conduct safety meetings
• Evaluate progress and provide regular reports on project status
• Oversee availability of materials, fuels, and manpower to prevent delays
• Maintain clear communication with client on-site and with management
• Welcome and endorse candidates for trade testing to the client
