Job summary

Goldenpine Realty and Devt. Inc. is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities, ensure adherence to plans and specifications, and uphold safety and quality standards on site in Pangasinan, Philippines.

You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor progress, prepare daily and weekly site reports, and assist in scheduling and cost control. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AutoCAD are preferred to support documenting and

Qualifications

2–5 years' experience in construction or project development
Experience in site supervision and coordination with contractors and suppliers
Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and reporting
Proficient in MS Office
Experience in estimating, quantity take-off, and cost control is an advantage
Knowledge in AutoCAD or similar software preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
Conduct inspections and verify completed works for approval
Assist in project scheduling, cost monitoring, and documentation
