Job summary

D.M. Consunji, Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer to oversee safety programs and regulations at project sites. You will ensure workplace safety, conduct inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and promote safe work practices among all personnel.

The role requires coordination with project management and the EHS team, conducting trainings, and preparing safety reports to support ongoing site safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1–3 years experience as Safety Officer in construction.
• Knowledgeable in safety policies, hazard/risk analysis, and safety implementation.
• With COSH Certificate.
• PCO Certification is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Pandacan/ Albay/ Zambales/ or Pasay (MOA).
• Strong knowledge in construction safety practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Organized, proactive, and safety-conscious.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Systematic and organized.
• With sense of urgency.
• Committed to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and identify safety hazards.
• Monitor compliance with occupational safety standards.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare safety reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with project management and EHS team.
