Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain construction health and safety policies.
• Provide safety training and inductions.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and compliance documentation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Liaise with authorities and external consultants.
• Inspect PPE and safety equipment.
• Promote proactive safety culture and reporting.
• Prepare safety reports for management.
