Polarr Azanje Construction Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support project sites in the Philippines. You will source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with budget.

The ideal candidate has a degree in supply chain or related field, experience in construction procurement, and strong Excel skills. You will coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and site teams to optimize material flow and

Formación

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field
Procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in construction
Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplies
Proficient in MS Excel

Responsabilidades

Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and vendors
Request and compare quotations for competitive pricing and quality
Prepare Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and other procurement documents
Coordinate with suppliers on prices, availability, delivery schedules, and payment terms
Monitor status of ordered materials for timely delivery to project sites
Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and site operations on material needs
