Palawan Group of Companies seeks a Construction Management Specialist in the Engineering Department to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and safety. You will plan, monitor progress, and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators.

The role focuses on project planning, contract and budget management, site oversight, risk mitigation, and clear reporting to management to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of practical experience at construction sites, overseeing projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor and supervise construction activities ensuring adherence to plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Review and manage construction contracts for compliance and timely obligations.
• Track expenditures and implement cost-control measures without sacrificing quality.
• Enforce quality assurance and control across construction phases.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators and report progress.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, meeting milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare regular project status reports and documentation.
• Manage the permitting process and regulatory compliance.
