Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years experience; Must have an experience on construction jobsite management.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Willingness on field work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Construction & Renovation Management: Oversee end‑to‑end construction and renovation of restaurants, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.
• Project Monitoring: Inspect job sites, track contractor progress against plans, and evaluate additive and deductive works to ensure cost efficiency and schedule adherence.
• Cost Control: Evaluate and endorse contractor billings for accurate and timely processing of payments.
• Quality Assurance & Site Coordination: Ensure quality control through regular site inspections and meetings, including supervision of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical installations and testing.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams, Owner Operators, contractors, and suppliers to drive smooth project execution and successful handover.
