Job summary

The role involves reviewing plans and technical documents, preparing reports, and managing procurement and contract administration as needed to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding project requirements and updates
• Review plans, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project standards and regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety, and adherence to approved plans
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Evaluate contractors' performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards and other applicable laws and regulations
• Assist in project costing, procurement, and contract administration
• Identify project risks and implement measures to mitigate delays and cost overruns
